Who We Are

Formed in 1972 when a group of officers banded together to negotiate pay with the City of Irving, the IPA today represents over 400 sworn and civilian employees of the Irving Police Department. In 2017, we merged with the Fraternal Order of Police to become IPAFOP Lodge 323 — one voice for Irving’s finest.
